I typically can counter rexy with scorp gen 3

You just need to make sure you can swap out without being killed

There are a ton of epic and legendary rexy counters. We have a lot of other bigger problems.

Counters include:
Megalotops, Pyrosuchus, Scorpios Rex, and a lot more i can't remember

Problem is using any of them will get you destroyed by other legendaries, rexy isn't the major threat she was last year but definitely not balanced

Indom, Thylaconyx, Dread & anky dactylus

Most lower level players use indom anyways

also it's not a problem, i used to use pyrosuchus perfectly fine in jurassic ruins and those arenas. Rexy should definetely be nerfed but i'm just giving solutions since ludia probably won't solve them.

Indom is a pretty bad choice and pyro is probably prediction base(although we all know arena rexys always use roar)

If we're talking arena dilo and aeno are big problems for rexy too

Blythea and ankydact are the only good legendary and under 1v1 counters

Epic panther is great if you managed to do some damage

Obviously there are a lot more counters with uniques added to the mix but expecting rexy to have to crush every cunning unique to be considered broken is too much

Also still doesn't mean rexy is balanced because a bad epic cunning can kill it

Procera only wins because it has the right niche to counter rexy, the basic formula for a rexy counter is priority dodge/distraction, attack boost removal, and stackable distraction or long term dodging

I think everything that can kill rexy below unique has at least 1 of these requirements

According to them smilonemys is better than Blythea, procera is better than pulmono and is good in legendary tournaments, indom is second best fierce to rexy which is somehow at the same time balanced, and tenonotorex is high tier
