I agree hes decent, but he gets countered by anything with dodge and flocks it has to use 1x attack on I say make it unique but keep it the same (if anything make the speed effect that already only lasts 1 turn a lil bit weaker)

Rexy’s speed decrease resistance should be nerfed to 75%, otherwise it’s much like Sarcorixis out-performing Uniques when it was immune to speed decrease.

or the attack buff needs to be applied after the attack, or there simply doesn’t need to be a speed buff on the attack (which i’m personally against getting rid of due to rexy’s raid usage)
