Either way, I wonder if you could reach out to customer service and explain what happened, give them your ticket # if available and see if they can either cancel the ticket so the scammer doesn’t get access or add it back to your account.. they should be able to see that there’s no longer a ticket in your acct. Might be a long shot but worth trying?

This is something that is ongoing with third party sites no one has for sure got a cancellation by anyone. Just that some tickets were in their account and aren’t anymore

Good luck. Last time this happened to me-by the time they could resolve it, there were no tickets left, and I couldn't attend the event. They wait too long to address the issue and to officially offer a new ticket option. They should have a cut-off of 12:30 ET. For tickets bought in advance.
Day of purchase: at your own risk.
Hopefully your ticket us under a bulk order( like a company) and that's why it is taking longer to deliver as they tend to release in bulk periodically.
You know most individuals would deliver asap to avoid any issues.
To be fair when it happened to me the stubhib receive a new ticket link was botched and by the time they resolved the link issue they didn't have tickets available to offer. Otherwise I would have had a ticket but it was hella close to event time and I had to start my commute while this was all going down.

Oh man you’re in for a ride! I was supposed to see him for the first time at the gorge back in ‘22 when he was opening for rufus. Got stuck in the car line up and missed the entire set, was so disappointed. Since then, have managed to catch every nyc show from ‘23 onwards - the universe has a funny way of working it all out 🙂‍↔️

It really does!! I got tix for Fred’s H0L0 show in ‘22 but waited in that shitshow line for 4 hours and never got inside 🥲 fast forward to PHM week in ‘23.. I ran into skrillex the day before their msg show and he put me on his guest list 🙆🏻‍♀️ I brought the same friend who came with me to H0L0 and had the best night.. andd now I get to go with her & friends to this last show bc of a ticket swap here!

Has anyone gotten tickets from AXS resale? I only know of 2 instances. Someone in chat said they randomly checked and got lucky and snagged 2 tix, told us all not to give up. Then someone gave us a heads up and dropped 1 ticket like a week ago and cat guy got it. Has there been ANY other axs resale tix aside from someone helping someone else out or a random secret ticket drop by Fred?
