Here’s how I cleared my bot issue with AXS: Someone recommended to message AXS customer service, ask for a live agent, ask to remove the bot flag from your account and do a verification chat. You send your IP address to confirm location. Also I used a different device and WiFi compared to the original presale date

Ok so I have to clear few things :

1. That dude approached me that he had tickets for sale. I asked for proof. He sent me a screenshot for the nyc show. Then I asked if he got PayPal, he said he needs to setup and if he can use his niece account. I was already sus by this time, so I then ask him to send another screenshot that shows current time in the phone. He did that, (idk if he edit or if it was legit) but he sent me a new screenshot with current time on the phone. That’s when I told him you’re goat lol just cause he did something I asked for. I never bought anything from him. I can also share my chat with him I called him goat and after that there no convo between him and me.
2. I never deleted any old posts lmao they are showing as deleted because some petty person decided to report me for no reason and I was banned from the server. And I honestly laid out all the facts and events that happened and applied appeal to the dearest mods to much I was approved and hence back on the server again.
3. Because I called him a goat? How does that make me a scammer or working with him? I just don’t get it. Please don’t spread this level of negativity. I can show you my Spotify stats and wrapped screenshots. I’m in top 1% listener. Just victory lap I got like over 400 plays. I’m a genuine fan of him just like the rest of you. In stubhub I think you can recall your tickets if they have not been claimed yet. But also just reach out direct to stubhub - if you listed it for a certain date and accidentally uploaded the wrong one then thats a mistake so they should be able to step to fix it

There’s no definitive answer to this as these re sale sites don’t check if the person selling has the ticket before listing

Most people do transfer right away after their ticket is sold but it’s never a guarantee.

Only thing guaranteed is that whatever site you use they will try to get you the tickets or your money back by the show date

AXS couldn’t do anything about it, they said they ca just tell me if the tickets are there or not and I had to work with the ticket issuer.
