WHAT I THINK WE SHOULD DO:
Sign Manuel Ugarte, PSG already have Joao Neves and it's probably to replace Ugarte anyway. While signing him, get rid of Casemiro and McTominay. Casemiro is the highest paid player with 350k a week, but shows laziness on the pitch. Despite scoring a goal in our latest friendly, he did absolutely nothing to help the team defend; the goal wasn't even good anyway. McTominay isn't any better. All he does is score some easy tap-in goals, he's Erling Haaland from Wish. He can't pass nor defend, his wages aren't high but still doesn't have the ability for the club.
Sign Noussair Mazraoui to replace Aaron Wan-Bissaka since there is a higher chance he could be going to West Ham. If Mazraoui joins the club, we might as well demote Dalot to the bench but also give him a decent amount of game time otherwise he'll try leave the club and we won't have a spare RB.
Since the only winger potentially leaving is Sancho who is getting offered by PSG, we could try sell Antony. Although it is unlikely as Antony repeatedly claimed he wants to stay at the club and fight for his place in the Starting XI. We have many wingers like Garnacho, Amad, Pellistri, Rashford and more.
Sign Matthijs de Ligt. Yes, I know we're trying to sign a lot of players from Bayern but look at the odds. Leny Yoro is injured for 3 months and I don't trust Maguire, Lindelof or Evans to fill in the missing place in the Starting XI.
