my bad for not elaborating it properly. I agree with you we're playing with double pivot, tho from what I've seen, we have one pivot playing more as a 6 or sometimes even drops deep to the CB position during offense while both our full backs overlap (or sometimes still staying in position while either fullback goes to the middle and one overlaps) while we transition into a 3-2-5 on offense, and the other pivot (mainoo) is more involved in the build up and sometimes also carries the ball forward, so I count him more of a CM/8 role instead of a DM/6 role
so I put mainoo below collyer in that specific position because while mainoo can definitely cover that role, I think he's better suited with his current role because of his ball carrying capabilities

the issue stands when we lack a progressive passer from deep that isn’t Martinez and a destroyer
Ugarte and Wharton fix that imo, meaning we can possibly use Mainoo in the Bruno role but with emphasis on him dropping deep to receive and carry through the line
it’s something i’d love to see and I think Mainoo could definitely do it
not sure if Wharton would suit the lcm role in a 433 is one issue
