Personally what i think is INEOS has handled this managerial situation very poorly. They left Erik ten hag hanging for soo long whereas even with injuries, he was capable of winning the FA cup for us this season. That's quite a remarkable achievement considering how bad we played the entire season. He's been in 3 finals and won 2 of em. Just to remind you that we were struggling to win a single trophy before he arrived, and it was nearly 6 years. There was a lot of pressure before the cup final, such as the media kept questioning him if he's gonna get sacked or not and he delivered a technical masterclass against one of the top teams in the world. Considering all these it's a shame that INEOS were contacting into different managers, without giving a proper word to ten hag. Now that Tuchel and Pochetino are ruled out, Ineo might stick with Ten hag. Yes from fans point of view this might be the right decision, but it's totally unfair how ten hag was treated. If i was ten hag i would leave the club, but ten hag is so ambitious and he somehow needs to succeed at Manchester United.

And if you go further back, he was even worse at the club level, which is why he left and manages at the country level, which is well known to be void of much tactics and management.

I am all aboard a rebuild and FULLY understand this will take 2-4 years to get to a point in which the club is able to consistently be at a top level. We need to bring in a whole bunch of top players, and have bench replacements. We need depth to compete. This is going to take time as we can't afford to do it in 2-3 transfer windows. We also need time to see out some contracts that we clearly are not going to be able to sell on, and so they will have to expire. I am good with that as long as I see a vision and see the club moving in that direction. Adding piece by piece as they can. What will drive me wild is if they don't have a clear vision, and/or are all over the place and not sticking to it.

And I think most fans would feel the same

And lastly, I want our club to have honour and pride.... and treat it's people properly. You can be ruthless and demand a lot, but do it respectively. I have not seen this yet.
