It is a S7. Battery is cooked
No, the battery is new.
Exactly
You also thought yesterday that your A7 did wireless charging so it is possible
Well it was restarting but booting back up with the same charge
no drops or something
That’s a battery issue
hmmm
At this point I would just get a whole new phone
is getting stuck at the bootscreen FOR WHOLE 5 HOURS is a battery issue?
i dont think so...
Yes, it can be.
If you’re not going to listen, why ask for help
Loud and wrong for no reason
……
The phone is too old.
if i wouldnt care i wouldnt open this thing
but i care abt it
i even have a Nokia N73 running like the first day my grandpa got it
Didn’t you think yesterday that an A-series took a wireless charger and was loud and wrong about it too
They're probably gonna say the same thing here.
Not trying to be mean but it’s very obvious that you’re still learning about phones and that’s okay but if you ask for help and ignore what we we say, kinda rude
man
i repair phones for living
And you swore up and down that A series did wireless charging?
Not for charging
I mean I’m must saying loud and wrong
It’s a battery issue from a 10+ year old phone
THE BATTERY IS NEW
like 1 week old
Read above
and we checked on a another s7
We’ve already answered that
it worked for 8 hours
You did not say that
Ask Reddit for help, you don’t listen and you talk here like anyone has to help you
Repair phones for a living lmao
I worked for Samsung
i will get a new battery for the s7 again
but if it wont fix it
im coming here again
ain't getting help from me lil dawg, you "repair" phones, you should be able to fix it yourself
well my dad got the battery replaced
i didnt repaired this phone yet
storage chip broke
im probably gonna do that
oh tell that to turkish sellers
The Galaxy S7 is known for some soldering problems when it comes to the SoC and sometimes the Nand chip which causes it to infinitely boot loop until the battery dies, but that's not always the case. It might also be a battery fault, either way this is not fixable if its motherboard related.
I had 2 S7s with the same fault, both died the same way so good luck trying to fix that
mine wasnt bootlooping
it was just stuck
no restart no nothing
Also literally Mochi worked for Samsung so what you said was not very nice and even if he didnt you should be glad that someone is trying to help so please be nicer about things if they don't go your way
anyways
Yes stuck on the Samsung logo
my s7 still works because it was barely used
it might work
both of my s7
my s7 was barely used also
i gotta ask something
can phones charge in recovery
I think so
ok good
oh oh
so when it dosent see the system it goes to recovery right
nope
not even trying to flash twrp
now it gets stuck at the blinking samsung logo
@clear lake any ideas?
idk
