You can try to reset through recovery but that will require you to know the password of the Google and Samsung accounts linked to the phone

Turn the device off, then press the power button and volume up at the same time until the Samsung logo appears. Then let go of both buttons.

If that doesn't work, Try plugging in the phone to a PC using USB and try the same steps again.

Can you try holding the power and volume down buttons until the screen turns out then immediately do the steps above with the USB cable plugged into a PC?

force reset it with all the buttons till it's black and get into recovery mode by holding both the power and volume up until you see android recovery
