How do I sync my buds. The terminals don't work and my buds are blinking blue. They act like separate devices. If I bridged the left terminal to the right bypassing the middle will it sync the buds?

Have you tried syncing the buds by holding down on both of them in the case for over 7 seconds?

In this case, I'd recommend contacting Samsung Support or buying a replacement case from a third party. I can not recommend trying to mess with the contacts/terminals as you may injure yourself or damage the buds themselves.
