Face ID is enabled, pin forgotten. Locked out of phone. Face ID wont work. | Samsung US | Page 1

So a few days ago I changed my phone's pin for safety reasons but I since then forgot what it was. I have face ID on and (yes it is my face). Once it was done charging I attempted to login by pin code having forgotten the pin therefore I resorted to face ID. Even if I put my face next to the camera, the phone will not register my face.

(My phone is a Galaxy A03)

It is not called Face ID. Instead, "facial recognition"
If you use facial recognition, you still have to use your PIN every 24 hours or if you haven't touched your phone for 4 hours
