I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 - Fully Functional, except it doesnt display anything, touchscreen works tho. I Would like to view whats on the screen, but i have ADB disabled, any way to enable it?
It vibrates. makes sounds, and has a corner LED that works too
It also turns on.

Unfortuantely i don't have any data about your Galaxy S4 or a way to make it show up on your PC screen without ADB. But you can try grabbing an adapter that is Micro USB To HDMI and show the screen on your Monitor or TV.

I don't recommend going to the recovery screen since that can do nothing to help you use the phone screen on anything.

Yeah if the phone shows up on your PC then you have the necessary drivers. If it doesn't show up then you will need drivers.
