Flashlight + camera don't work after the updateH

Hello, the recent galaxy update fked up my camera + flashlight saying it's used in another app. In the prev update I just reset all of my settings and it got fixed, now it didn't though
Any idea how can I fix this up?

To fix your issue you can check what apps have camera permissions and manually disable them with the Privacy Manager.

Go to settings > Privacy manager > PERMISSION > Camera. Once you are there remove access to apps that have unwanted access to your camera and try again. If that doesn't work please update me on it.

I appreciate your help buddy, it means a lot. In addition to that, I put my phone on safe mode, and as soon as I got it out of safe mode, the issue was fixed. Don't know what lies behind this issue but it happens as soon as I update my galaxy.
