Has anyone noticed on the latest Android update one UI 6.0 Android 14 that their apps do not install in the right spot and instead it install it on a different page If you have four pages to the left and four pages to the right. For me, I just noticed that today when I was installing an app. I have included a screen recording and I think it is a bug in the software. I've just been in contact with Samsung customer service about the issue.

It'll always fill in the first spot it can find
Did you look at the video?
Because it should have filled the spot on the right side and not the left side!!
The first available spot was on the page it went to though. It behaves differently on apps and home screen
I think it created a page on the left
Might have to go into settings and change orientation
@rustic kite that's what I thought as well. I even called Samsung customer service and someone remote in and they took a look and Even their supervisor in other colleagues looked at it but could not figure it out.
I don't know then
Hello @pastel wave !
Thanks for reaching out. I’d like to let you know that I’m not an official Samsung support representative. I’m a community support member and I don’t represent Samsung.
Apps will always be put in the first spot available. From what I'm seeing it goes from Left --to--> Right.
you might wanna remove those empty pages in your home screen and try again.
No, the apps use to go on the right side of my Phone before the One UI 6.0 update. I have been in contact with Samsung Support Already and they don't have any idea why this is happening
Update, so apparently whenever you remove the other pages from left to hand side of your phone the apps install correctly and if you leave the pages on the left hand side then they don't install in the right location
That's what I said
