200MP photo says 124MP?

When I take a supposedly '200MP' photo on my galaxy s23 ultra, it shows that it is only 124MP in my gallery

Instead of 200 MP, 50 MP and 12MP it should say native, 4 to 1 binning and 16 to 1 binning.

You'll only be able to shoot a full 200 MP shot at the full 3:4 aspect ratio.

124MP is full screen.

It's cropping the sensor.
