Hi I just got a new a54 5g for Christmas and I was about to play one of my favourite games when I didn't have my progress (if it helps my old phone was a a52s 5g) I have logged in my Google account with play games but that has not got my game data app all online posts are outdated and I just wanna play my game how it was

the easiest way to transfer game progress to new phone Android is using Google Play Games. It is a Google Cloud service used by many games to store game progress, achievements, etc.

I searched it up but as I said online it was all outdated so I don't know how that would work?

I think I updated it so it was up to date this was after it said I could unplug the phone though

I would recommend trying the steps that the Google Product Expert recommended

I tried the steps and I couldn't find achievements or the other thing so I pressed on clear storage steps and it didn't show me the clear storage steps what am I meant to do?

Unfortunately since it is not a Samsung issue I can't help you much with it.

I recommend contacting Google Support directly.
