This is driving me nuts. The tag will beep for no reason. No button press. Just sitting on a table undisturbed. Firmware 0.12.02
I bought three of them and haven't started using the other two because of this annoying, unnecessary beeping.

Have you tried re-pairing them?
You could also try turning airplane mode on and off to force them to reconnect. They might not be detecting the presence of your phone. You could also try reinserting the battery if none of the aforementioned ideas work.

They are definitely seeing the phone as I the phone is picking them both up. This is insanity. Reddit shows that this is a very common problem. Makes me wonder how these were tested since it happens so often.
