#Samsung buds2 pro left buds not working

Hello @hexed cypress ! Thanks for reaching out. I’d like to let you know that I’m not an official Samsung support representative. I’m a community support member and I don’t represent Samsung.
This actually happened to me in my first time setting them up. Let it charge for a lil bit, if they don't work after charging it to full then u might want to get them replaced. Keep in mind that Samsung has a 7 day replace or refund policy.
Unfortunately i bought it from someone else and it was a free gift. Ive since sent it to get checked and repair. I let them charge for awhile. Even tried resetting and hard resetting but the L just doesnt get charged
Is the seller you bought it from certified?
The seller is not certified but the place he bought it from is. They did run a check and there is warranty
Alright! if things don't work out with the seller then send it over to Samsung for service.
