A2 would've released before SBS, and she was basically garbage outside of Nier SR even with that cancel

so it's possible a small handful of people found this cancel back then, but it was never more widely used due to A2 just being bad

I tried Raven with similar stats to Eve and identical in all ways including bond rank, except for core breakthroughs. Eve was 6C then, Raven's currently 0C.

Came up short on killing Ultra by about 120m. Eve previously did 1.75b+, Raven did 1.9b+. The difference was Eve debuffed Ultra by 10% dmg taken, Raven didn't.

But it'd also be a kill if Raven had 6C like Eve.

Basically choose your favorite character and elope with her. Raven has better versality since she isn't desperately needing crrate buffing to hit maximum potential

And Eve is definitely worse vs neutral because her kit has anti-Electric specific mechanics which won't trigger at all
