Siren TL;DR:
Good B1 for most content. Rapipi-level, better or worse depending on multiple factors (likely better), and scales better with more MGs in team. No team ATK buff, though, but can stun enemies if necessary (good for mobbing, perhaps). Off-burst focusfire can help with mobbing as well as QTE clearing.
S1 Burst Gen is optional (it's only supplementary to help MG teams with low burst gen, but you can just use units with good burst gen like Alice/RH) and her personal damage is not mandatory (although good and scales better with supports who also buff her ATK). She is versatile. She can fit in most teams.
People who expect Crown-level powercreep or Cindy-level or Grave-level powercreep would be disappointed because her powecreep margin is not that strong, but she is still a MUST HAVE B1, and definitely essential in Solo Raid.
Strong in PvP if stun works.
Conclusion: Pull, yes. Period. Or use gold mileage ticket (better).
