I forgot if dual SMG means she outputs double the number of bullets for vs hit count stuff. At 60 fps is EQ Quency still 20 bullets per second like other single gun SMG characters?

Maybe ammo or bullets is the wrong word here. I'm looking for hits made. So 20 hits per second?
