Should you pull? / Is she good?

Usable in Raids? Yes, get a copy. Want an AoE for PvP? Yes, get a copy. Campaign only player? You can probably skip, but she definitely not bad in campaign tbh, ~S tier unit for campaign..
For endgame content, Ein is definitely worth one copy at the very least. Dupes depend on your competitiveness as well as whether or not you want her MLB lobby screen or not. Otherwise, one copy should suffice.

Why is she good?
Quite literally, Ein is the the actual, the final "Scarlet Killer" ( <- this one, not this one: ). Scarlet used to be one of the BiS unit against Solo Bosses at one point. But as the meta changed, she has dropped in usefulness. The one spot Scarlet had in Bosses was a slot alongside Summer Anis, often seen in Doro Marciana S.Anis Scarlet Priv, or in Doro Biscuit S.Anis Scarlet Priv, and a couple of other S.Anis/Scarlet combos.
This combo can finally be considered broken as Ein can directly compete against and displace Scarlet due to her DPS. Not only does Ein deal more damage, she also doesnt suffer from ptsd (probably from raptures) as she doesnt actively kill herself while fighting, and hence is an automatically better option.

A couple of points that go against Ein are that Scarlet is better in PvP. In PvE, Scarlet is still a better campaign unit. If you have tons of elemental rolls on your Scar already, you can make an argument on how investment heavy Ein will be compared to her since Scarlet is already built.

Another thing is kinda major. While the upcoming boss with its def buffs will definitely get fucked by Ein's true damage, the same case might not be true against other bosses. While Ein is stronger than Scarlet, Scarlet herself was not considered meta currently in the first place in bossing. So while Ein does have a permanent spot in electric raids atm, it comes at the expense of the fact that she may not be used against other elements

Naga ATK sucked.

As for why she confusingly could break the QTE here and there?

It was because Crown’s shield was still on Naga on those occasions, lasting 15 seconds, just long enough to let Naga apply the bigger ATK buff on team and herself in her burst. This elevated Naga from 1 dmg hits on QTE to something able to break the QTE.

No hit count shields or any nonsense

If the same thing is carried over to Solo Raid, that’s not going to be fun

Because boss gets back the 360% def up for that final 30 seconds part

So idk if Ein will have trouble here or not

But probably will be fine if team full bursts
