Should you pull? Is she good?

Rem is a must pull, must have unit for everyone. She is good. Top dawg DPS, heals herself well when not paired with RLs (anti synergy), and has good buffs for RLs. Works well as a DPS, cannot heal as well as blanc or naga but can heal herself well.
One copy for f2p, mlb if you care about raids.

Use golden mileage ticket on her if you have any sense of wanting to do good in Raids, ANY sense of wanting to be competitive in raids. Remember, she is a Collab unit. You won't get the chance again. She is meta for raids. She is ok for campaign. She will probably define the 3rd team in UR, especially against water bosses.

Why is she so good?

• Raids: in Union Raid, she is a major top pick alongside xLudmilla for Water Bosses. In solo raid, she can carry a team 4 if played properly. Do not underestimate MG units, they are broken. She has the DPS of guillotine without any drawbacks of "having low hp". Instead, she heals, although not a ton, but still heals. And not only does she heal, she buffs any RLs present in the team.
• Campaign: If you use rocket launchers in campaign, she can buff them well, and do damage, and heal them and herself well. 1-1-3 comps are now a possibility with Rem for campaign, with 3 DPS B3s, allowing you to have an ok replacement for the bunnies/schoolgirls. She isn't better than the 2 duos, but she's a good replacement for them.
• PvP: MG units should stay away from pvp
