S. Anis has the highest shotgun atk multiplier, at almost 300%
depending on how tight the spread becomes, it could mean she's not just reliant on s2 for dmg
Valid on teams that would not appreciate the ammo up from Tove, cuz last bullet
not just Summer Anis, but Pepper or Marciana too. Pepper would be awesome with this setup if we had a b3 cd burst reduction unit for efficiency

hypothetical example (cuz it's easier to explain this way), a shotgunner unit fires 5 pellets that deal 250% atk. at max rank of leona's s2, +5 pellets added to the shot makes it 10 pellets that deal 250% atk (each pellet deals 25% atk instead of 50% atk)
i'd reckon the idea is that more total pellets cause more pellets overall to aim at center, resulting in an overall DPS increase if leona tightens the spread a ton.
like if this hypothetical unit on her own can only hit 3 pellets on a target, and all of leona's effects make it so that at least 7 pellets can hit the target, it's overall a dps increase.
but again, hypothetical. i think we need to wait for leona to be out to see exactly how her range up + pellets effect works, and what it does for shotgun spread.
