but under burst, she can help wipe them out eventually

just make sure you auto aim to help get rid of as many enemies as possible to increase distributed dmg

cuz you gotta remember, it's % divided by number of enemies on screen

2B with her burst has the advantage of also dealing 700% dmg to the enemy with the highest HP, and dorothy also releases baptism waves every 2s during burst before her main burst kicks in

Then when the team bursts, she has essentially two single target attacks and one AoE attack rotation

So when we talk about killing enemy S Anis, it’ll be only every 3rd attack that touches her

There is a tech with noir which applies to some cases, was assumed it would here too, but it doesn't

Noir is placed to the left of a particular nikke cuz
you want the +5 ammo on noir to hit first, then b. scarlet to reload 100%, the game reads these "activates when entering full burst" left to right. So if noir only had ammo increase. Scarlet would reload 100% of her capacity (18 ammo) and when +5 from noir hits, it would 18/25 ammo. But since noir herself has 38% ammo reload it doesn't matter here.

The placement is usually done to make max use of noir's ammo reload for SGs or such
