I maxed her but I don’t have the content to use her meaningfully in . I used her in today’s Interception Ex but I was already over killing that content. So, hard to say. But I did test her against Red Hood and Modernia in shooting range… both with auto shooting (letting the AI do everything) and with manual shooting, in separate tests

I did the same tests again while deliberately avoiding hitting enemy cores

With and without elemental advantage

Overall, she does a lot of damage and only fell behind Modernia - both were MCB with 10/10/10 and LVL5 OL - when deliberately avoiding enemy core while not having elemental advantage

So, Winter Ludmilla is a hyper carry status imo, and those are worth having MCB of if you’re willing to splurge resources on that

But you can easily get by with 1 copy if you’re doubtful. Like how people are still happy to have 1 copy of Scarlet

• CLudmilla deals similar if not higher damage than Modernia in ST damage, with or without core available to hit (will likely pull ahead if core available)
• Unlike ASS, her skill damage is not the majority of her damage, skill 1 contributes ~16.3% and skill 2 ~11.3% of her total damage.
• ~138% max ammo up and 80% reload speed buff is enough for allowing CLudmilla to always reload under her reload speed buff without having to spool MG up again.
• Biggest advantage against Modernia is that you can slot on her on JK team.
• Replacing Maxwell on a JK/RH team is dependent on if enemy has many parts to pierce or not (if few or no parts to pierce, CLudmilla will be better than Maxwell).
