That looks to me like an early version of Crown. They both have the blade/wing things on her back and skirt, and the lance-like weapon.

I got an idea, but I am not good at drawing or stats at all, so I stick to writing.
Name: Mile High Squad
Company: Elysion
Members: Buff (Heavy Weapons), Angel (Recon, Intelligence), Eagle (Assault, de-facto leader)
Description: Responsible for the Ark's Air Force, in much the same way Aegis represents its Navy, though they do see quite a lot more deployments due to the large amount of Transport Dropships in use by various Nikke Squads, as well as the frequent supply drops in the field.
Theme: Airplanes! Each of them is named after a plane in the US Air Force, or more accurately its nickname/designation. Buff is the Boeing B-52 Stratofortress, Angel is the Lockheed U-2 Spy Plane (a more obscure one compared to "Dragon Lady" that the plane is more commonly known by), and Eagle is the McDonnell Douglas F-15 Fighter.
Still tinkering on the individual details. Though, if I had to come up with visuals, Buff would probably wear an old-timey, almost WW2-style dress uniform, peaked cap, necktie, polished dress shoes and all, Angel probably wears fatigues but doesn't take regulations too seriously (uniform jacket tied around her waist, pants not tucked into boots, probably a civilian T-shirt with some funny stuff on it), and Eagle looks like she stepped right out of Top Gun, sunglasses, overconfident grin and all, maybe with a Sheepskin Bomber Jacket over her flight suit that has her Squad logo on the back, because I just love that aesthetic.
But I am not sure about the personalities in detail, beyond Buff being the doting grandma to Liter's nagging grandma (because the B-52 is often called Grandpa Buff for having been in active service since the 50s), Angel being an extreme introvert (not shy or lacking confidence, she just doesn't like talking to people), and Eagle would, well, be basically a female version of Tom Cruise in Top Gun, overconfident and big-mouthed ace pilot, that, annoyingly, can back her claims up with actual skills.
