Did you look at pins? She's only meta in very specific cases.

She's not meta in general use. Only when you need multiple teams and your actual b2 meta is occupied elsewhere

And it's a constant 100% uptime of damage taken debuff

That's more than what blanc or novel provide overtime

i see her as dollar, rupee side grade. The difference between team atk buff, self atk buff, or atk skills are not far off in terms of team damage contribution. But when fight elec boss she is better. I'd rate her above Dollar and Rupee.

c7 shelm with 10/10/10 skills would have good personal damage that triumphs over dolla's buffs on your dps'es

Yes theoretically I believe Dolla better. I feel like this situation is just skill resources vs gears

Dolla needs skill investment. 6 5 4 is just meh. Maybe getting skill 1 and 2 lv7 will make her significantly better

Meanwhile my Helm can just use T9 lv5 gears

The diff is insane yet the dmg diff is closed

Also Chatterbox 150F Elysion Tower. I may want to give her some investment to push more. She, in paper, deals 80~90% dmg of Rupee, at 0% atk up while Rupee has 78%

so the more buff Helm can gain, the better her dmg will be
