Anis:SS has a kit focused on buffing 3 main nikkes, as they are the ones who will mainly do damage in electric code: guillotine, scarlet and maiden. You can think of:

As one of the most meta teams on the table right now. Her burst allows her to quite literally SPAM Skill 2, which seems in theory as INSANE amounts of dps, as it is 300% atk every last bullet. Overall, she seems like a useful unit to have as it's 55% atk buffs out of nowhere. Atk buffs are definitely less effective on the likes of guillotine and scarlet as they have self atk buffs. But since it has a decent value of 55% paired with reload speed and INSANE DPS, it seems like it's overall a very incredible deal to have.

i think the 55% atk% on anis is slightly deceiving because supporters have 18% less atk base but also get less from gear (supporter gear has less atk than attacker gear) and maybe also less atk stat from bonds
