what he showed it on was one of the lower level challenge gds iirc, those are much weaker than SI GD

so having a vid showing it works on SI is handy

What happens if you try to place another burst while the first one is still active? It's possible to do that with enough burst cooldown reduction and a -5 second full burst unit right?
