Is there a way to turn these 3 files into .Lpk or Wpk tho

Yeah, basically open old mod with AssetStudio or UABEA and extract skel+atlas+png from it.
Then open the not modded file with UABEA and import the skel+atlas+png you extracted previously into the not modded file
After that the process to save and compress is like gjopin video

This is how we set skin in Live2dviewerEX btw, and the file for the L2d ready for use as Json folder for the app I spent 2 hrs making this 
You can't use LPk as a free user it need spine dlc which basically is a full buy
but idk about a Json I just shared tho

There was a weird glitch of light under her skirt cuz I set it to set skin every repeat, fixed now, set only at start

like i had clicked and dragged the mod file into nikkeassetunpacker
and a file was created, but when i clicked and dragged the OG file, it replaced it

also try changing texture format and filter mode "ARGB32" and "Trilinear" has shown me some sucess
when you load the texture make sure to hit save in the same window. idk if there was a cut or the window closed but i didnt see that after you loaded the png, in fact i didnt even see you load the png it kinda just jumps

i just double check what format the texture is in in assetstudio before changing it in uabe

for skin swap the process is the same but you need to rename the .png file (example c090_01 to c090_00) and then open the .atlas.txt file and rename the line "c090_01.png" to "c090_00.png" as well

btw you forgot a plus step with the .atlas.txt

I know mods like gamebanana mods can't get you banned because they don't do anything with the game folders, but here we're literally replacing the game files.
gamebanana is just a place to post mods, not a format type
ofc some mods on there can get you banned
reason people mod nikke is that there's so little risk and high reward
their anti cheats only detect stuff like dmg boosters and macros
the only way you're getting banned from modding is by someone showing your uid and the mods in some kind of media
which is pretty easy to avoid

So i tried using a friend's laptop to repack an old skin swap and did exactly what @valid moon's written guide and video showed (except the optional editing step) and for some reason the files come out as 1 byte files after compression
What could be causing that?
And I am sure the files are not corrupted because I used to use them before the recent update and they worked fine

Even then i would not have realized that a video titled 'repacking tutorial' would be for a mod user, I thought it would be for mod makers to make modded assets work for the game. ok, so until now i could extract the png, atlas and skel, files from a char i want to edit. The png file is "easy" to edit, save and export, but is there a way to modify the skel and atlas files? lets say i want to "create" my own movement for a char. I looked up to the pinned message and download almost all the tools mentioned, i even bought the l2d+spline from steam 😐 but i couldn't find a way to edit those files, or is not even possible to do it?
afaik the atlas file is to just define the movable parts of the char in the png file, and i suppose the skel file is for the movement?

if this program can "read" and play the skel,atlas,png files, then it means that it have a way to decode it right? if i reverse engineer the program would there be a way to understand how the process is? and probably modify it? or is there something im missing?

idk much about it you gotta ask someone who does have it
lot of software can render spine assets, including my own apps. So it would prob be easier to learn the binary structure from the runtime sourcecodes, instead of trying to decompile something. The unity runtimes also have a skeletonbaker to convert assets to non native format. It' functionality is limited though.
I can modify stuff without spine pro, though it's runtime based, and I can't be baked back into the original files.
I'm not interested in developing a converter, but if you are taking the challenge... good luck. I wouldn't recommend it though...

Rendering externally with unity allows modifications without spine, but it's not exactly comfortable, and has some limitations
for now the only thing i can spend is time, once i get a job i would consider doing it, probably at the end im gonna buy it but for now i would go my way while i can

most if not all of the spine viewer tools use packages/modules/plugins made by the spine devs themselves , open source so free to use and are fairly easy to implement. the fact that a software renders asset doesn't mean the dev behind it can change bones, honestly it wouldn't be far fetched to say that, on earth, only spine devs know how it works, so spine pro is the only way to modify them
there is perhaps a way if you convert the skel to json and then try to guess how it works, but that'll take years if not never to try and make something by yourself
and by the time you'd understand, a new spine version is out, nikke devs will have changed to it and uhhh 
yeah, i mean, it seems that it just read the skel file byte by byte and just parse it somehow, so i think it would be like using "cheat engine" in a game, where you modify an address but the game/program just keep running ok, unless you touch something you dont. but at the end it just save to an object which can be "easily" read, and possible to reverse it to an skel file. Maybe im just hallucinating but for now i have the time to do it

anyone using spine pro run into this issue? im trying to resave a new atlas to remove facemask off of Killer D's cover model, but end up getting this error. Even with undo-ing and fresh atlas, spine, png from the game files lead me into the same issue when trying to resave an atlas.
