How to use:

1. Start NMM and select nikke.exe when it asks you to (commonly found at C:/NIKKE/NIKKE/game/nikke.exe)
2. Place mods in mod folder.
3. Pick which mods you want to use (aka click the checkbox to the left of the mods name)
4. Click apply mods and wait for config file to download. For some people in Asia this could sadly take A LONG time. You can use a VPN if youre affected by super long config download times to solve the problem.
5. Start nikke and enjoy your mods, no need to re-apply mods every time you want to play, you dont need to start nmm every time either. Nikke will remember what mods youve applied (until patch day at least)

They follow the naming convention, but still too old because they were created/repacked before Shift Up encrypted addressables.
So any mod that were created/repacked before the addressables were encrypted, will most likely need to be repacked.

BTW I also had the stuck at 43% even after repairing/replacing all addressables. What fixed it for me was not applying custcene mods in NMM. As soon as I unchecked those and reapplied, it worked.
