Plus I feel like Nikke is generous with its SSR rates, but I can't say I am experienced in gatchas overall

do skill burst cutscenes cost money to set for your lobby background? i have a lot of character skins but i cant use their skill burst animation for my lobby menu.
for example i have viper unit but i cant set her burst skill animation as my menu background

guarantee at 90 pulls to hit SSR, 180 pulls to guarantee 1 copy.
Shiftup: 200 pulls to guarantee 1 copy. Nothing stopping you from getting 5 spooks in a row (ask me how i know...)

- open a cmd window from there
- type the .exe you want to use + the atlas file + skel file (the program detects the pngs)
- if you want to save the fps to the folder "RECORDS" you need to write the path to the folder first

yeah, I think you can copy the __data file to NMM mods folder and to rename it based on this list:
for example if you swap Cinderella lobby over Rapi you move the __data file to NMM mods folder and rename it to eventscene_c010_cutscene

the viewer lets you to split the animations in a lot of png files, then you just upload all of the images to https://ezgif.com/maker and create the gif with the speed and size you want

Will I need that RUN TOOL.py as well? Because just running .exe files didn't work for me

the screenshot function is perfect to make customized portrait/icon mods

Bigger issue than this is photoshop tbh.
It adds that weird white lines, I thought paint was fixing it but on some models it adds its own weird artifacts instead.
Idk what I am doing wrong but paint.net method doesn't work for me as well (from the pins). I need to edit on paint.net from start to end, but it is not something I am comfortable other than just removing some layers.

never used spine's jar for more than testing some favorite stuff
anyway there's a big button on the header and with a bit of reading and navigating you'll find every assets downloadable
my rapi is still on 4.0 so you'll need the 4.0 spine jar

but the thing failing is the .atlas even when the png is fine

first let's see if they got everything, last time someone had issues because NAU was being skipped or something... so the extractor was not able to open the encrypted files

i reinstalled python, build tools, and SDK and am still getting an error

Mr.Miagi and Seireiko are the only mods easy to repack, Mr.Miagi ones mainly
if you're trying to repack HEX mods or some other old mods it's possible but they need manual modification with UABEA (another tool)

nope, the exe sends the swapped file directly to your NIKKE game folder
I had the parent folder site open so i was a lil confused 
I know NMM can apply them but to replace the game files directly is how I made the lobby swapper and the burst swapper

I guess those sheets will be obsolete for new characters starting from Mana update.... because I don't play the game anymore so I modified the swappers to work with the subfolders instead of the parentfolders

I will make another version of the lobby/burst swappers later to work with NMM, because the problem with replace game files directly is when you play Coop you will get disconnected because the burst swaps..... I noticed that last time I played coop

so it's better to got them available for NMM so when you play coop you can deactivate them

I repacked the MOD, but nmm still didn't change the game skin. Why? I didn't see any MOD working.

I just tried with Spine Viewer as well and its alpha value is .67 while others are 1. There has to be a setting or something in either atlas or skel file, no?
The atlas file is metadata the positions the various parts of a single cooked image (all independent parts smashed together algorithmically) into the right location so it appears to humans as something coherent. This is why assets with bad atlases look completely jumbled
The skel file is metadata for where the animation system can hook up to and animate
is possible to upgrade spine 4.0 file to 4.1 without purchase spine? i want to use nikke models in my game
because most of model is 4.1 i will use 4.1 runtime
but a few of them such as c112_01 c131_aim_01 c907_aim_00 are stored in 4.0 even in res version 129
maybe they stopped to use such models in the game?
one maybe possible way is using skel2json to convert it to json then directly edit the version in json but skel2json not implemented all properties of spine, it's not a perfect solution

When you just put mod files inside the viewer, default value for skirt_1 is .67 while for most others its 1.0
And making it 1.0 makes it look like 1.0 as well (just like .png file)

Because it has to be in one of those 3 files, and other 2 is readable/visible enough
You can specify the transparency of each part with skel.
It can also be changed dynamically, making it gradually transparent or vice versa.

the game not letting you to access to the character tab is because NMM failed to load the mod properly, the mod is broken or the physics file is broken (if you use some physics file)

got these 4 times after 4 battles consecutively in hard mode in campaign. then switched to normal mode, but didn't get any in normal mode so far

and I think ushiro mods were just skin swaps done with string swap method (so my repacker will not work with them)

now there are two options and the option 1 let you to input the path to your "fixes.txt" list where you can set your own list of fixes like:
mast 00 - mast romantic maid 00
rupee 00 - rupee 01
rapi 00 - rapi red hood 00
etc
the structure is like the previous manual inputs:
'character name to fix' 'skin number' - 'character name to use for the fix' 'skin number'

But since the exe works from Windows temp folder is better to just use a custom path to it tho 
If you can get the path of DOROPhysicsFixer.exe shouldn't be an issue, but you know better how hard it is to get that information and whether it worth it or not.

Now the scripts will search for the text file "physicsfixes.txt" located on your Windows desktop or downloads folder before to ask you for the path to the file if the scripts can't find it on the mentioned locations first
I have the file on desktop but it asked me :/
"physicsfixes.txt", not "fixes.txt" anymore
if you got some other "fixes.txt" for some reason the scripts will not find the correct one, so to use a specific filename like this is better I guess

Idk if it will work for Win11 users that got their desktop mixed with OneDrive

the scripts contained in the exe work with directories related to where they are located (in this case Windows temp folder), I could make them to search for the exe on the whole drives but Desktop and Downloads are the most common paths where ppl leave stuff right?

when you need to update your physics file you can just move your txt file to any of those two locations temporally to run the fixer and it's done

then move the txt file to where you had it if you don't want to keep it on Desktop/Downloads

somehow naoh used 5000x1000 for the png and the swapper changed it to 2048*2048 which makes it broken
try Esoteric skeleton viewer or this one:
the usage is simple: paste your atlas/skel/pngs in the viewer folder, run the py file "run tool" and select the version of the skel

Tried to make it work with your burst swapper. Extracted the exe, and run 1_RUN_SCRIPS.bat. Tried with Marciana 01 - Rapi 00, and it does create a file in Swapped folder. But when I rename it and try to run it with NMM, nothing happens. Idk if thats me doing something wrong or it actually doesn't work with NMM.
(btw the script works when you just run the exe, but it just replaces the burst. Doesn't create file on desktop like others)

I added some Python scripts to their viewer to be able to run the viewer more automatically, plus to create a video in .mp4 using those images/frames generated with the recording feature in the viewer.
Important: You need to download the file ffmpeg-release-essentials.7z from the link below, extract the content, rename the folder to just ffmpeg and move that folder to your C: drive. Because the path needs to be C:\ffmpeg to use my scripts with it. And you need to install Python ofc.
How to use the viewer:
- Copy the assets to the viewer folder (.atlas + .skel + .png files).
- Double-click
0_Spine_Viewer.py - Select the spine version.

What I send you require no input at all after initial nikke-skin numbers, including press enter ones. And alternatives are inside the script instead of separate text files (but I added whole evelengeon skins, looks like their cover/aim positions can become weird with default swap, try with Asuka school outfit for example)

the swapper works with a database for characters strings, database for characters codes and names and database for the direct urls from the cloud.... it's not an automatic tool so it doesn't make too much difference if I add another database for characters skins with those txt files

yeah yuk is right - its bad practise to hard code values unless truly 1000000% necessary. It makes maintaining the code a lot more annoying. It makes expanding it even more difficult.
What Kx is doing - using a file to store the uncooperative skins and then checking against it is actually better practise.
Of course none of this really matters for a small focus program like these but if ya wanna code more, best to learn goodpractise now too
