the skeletonData in the game file is bigger because it has configuration, you have not, that's why. To make the same file you need to match the same configuration

the favorites issue isn't a spine player tbh, I've tested on a couple other softwares and it was always the same hassle. I really think they are loading two spines at once in game or they have a tencent owned fork of the runtime

similar to idle and talking animations, that's what they are doing ( idle on track 0 and talk on track 1 ) , this works I've done it with spine player and the jar viewer

Track is used to add up translations/rotation/scale etc from each key in the animation but it's not useful in this case as one animation completely disables the bg while the other disables the character
