Download Unity Assets Bundle Extractor Avalon (from now on UABEA): https://bunkrr.su/d/UABEA-Modded-4lQc4Sn5.7z
Repacking:
Use NAU to decode your old file. You may drag and drop the file on the exe, or do it by command line, as especified in the readme.txt. It should generate a new file: xxxxxxxxx_dec.bundle.
On UABEA use CTRL+O to open your decoded xxxxxxxxx_dec.bundle file.
Optional: edit atlas skel or the texture (more information at the end). Save your decoded xxxxxxxxx_dec.bundle file if you edited it. If you saved, close UABEA and open it again (for some reason it keeps the old version in memory and it needs this to reload with your changes), load your xxxxxxxxx_dec.bundle file.
Compress your xxxxxxxxx_dec.bundle file with UABEA (CTRL+M) using, give your new compressed file a name, let's say for instance xxxxxxxxx_compressed.bundle, and select LZ4 compression method.
Drop the compressed file on NAU.exe (or encode it through command line). It will generate a new xxxxxxxxx_compressed_enc.bundle file.

On optional step 3...
Go to "Info" in UABEA
Look on the type column for Texture2d and select that row.
Click on Plugins, select "edit texture" and click "ok".
Select Texture Format "ARGB32", Filter Mode "Trilinear", and click on "Load"
Look for your edited texture png file, and click on "Save".
Save again on the Assets Info window (CTRL+S).
Save again on the main window and close UABEA.
