animator are fbx but you must select animationClips too or else the fbx won't have anything else than a t-pose

not like animation are working anyway but if we manage to fix the bones it'll be good to have the animations in fbx

This guide is for converting android mods to pc, but jt is applicable for all things to do with repacking, be it fixing an old mod that doesnt work or converting mods from 1 platform to another, so just read it and figure out what you need to do.
For repacking u just need to extract contents of the mod and repack them in the latest version of the corresponding gamefile.
