That’s not a bad idea
I think the glow was recommended for enemies underground
I think the health bar though is a consistent style that terraria has kept. However I think a lock on ability could help with that. Plus that could work with your idea of a color scheme for HP monitoring
I’m not sure about an enemy glow, but I do agree with the whole “health bars floating everywhere would look kinda weird” idea. I think maybe something more subtle would be better. Maybe they flash a slight red hue when close to death or smth. But having a transition from green-yellow-orange and then red, just seems to silly to me.
Could make it an option thing for shifting glow, health bars, or both.
