So I got form the fog on curseforge and I opened minecraft and my other mods like optifine worked but from the fog didnt is there something wrong i did? becuase it said it had no relations.

minecraft luanches but the mod just doesnt work nothing crashes but it says there should be a screen that says "entity found" or something and that just doesnt show up

That is with the datapack version for the entity screen. When you join your world, and run the command /datapack list what shows up? It should list From the Fog if it is working and installed properly.

It takes a while. From the Fog is meant to be something you forget is installed and it spooks you. It is not meant to be something where you are constantly having things happening.
