If you're installing the mod, put the .jar in the mods folder of the server.
If you're installing the datapack, put the .zip file into the world's datapack folder

Can you provide a screenshot of how you have it set up right now?

Can you provide me with your latest.log file from the server/client you're trying to install the datapack/mod on? Just please make that if you're installing it on singleplayer that you've installed the pack and launched one world before sending your latest.log file.

How to get the log file?
You can find your latest.log file in your [current_instance]/logs folder.
If you're on Modrinth you can:

• Open your instance.
• Click the logs tab.
• Press "Share."
• Send the link it provides you here.
