It is randomized, so if you have more than one skin selected you may just be getting unlucky.

I've played in that world for about 5 hours and I've only gotten the default from what I've noticed. Should I reduce the amount selected and see if anything changes? I've got like 12 variants selected
I should also add I don't even have the default selected

Lets test something.

Then look behind you
run it over and over untily you get another skin.

Well there could've been something breaking the randomizer.
