I recently installed FTF, did everything as intended, even tried the game without any mods but with FTF and fabric api and it still doesn't work properly.
I have the datapack, mod and texture pack installed, yet I can't access the config, or even force spawn herobrine from the shrine, yet I see the mod partially works because I see it from the main menu.

Yep, it worked, is there an option somewhere for summoning him from the shrine as well?
Because I still can't normally summon him and if I'm correct I was suppossed to be able to just summon him straight away, or did something change in that way?
