Fabric 1.21.1 config not showing up on multiplayer server

Not sure exactly what's happening but we're trying to install the mod on a multiplayer server and the config doesn't show up. Works fine on singleplayer, just not in this environment. Mod matches both on client and server

Try running:
/function watching:main/reload

then reopen the config.

This is caused by a mod conflict but this command can sometimes fix it.
