The shrine's only purpose is to skip the 3-day delay. If nothing is happening, ensure that the build is correct and that the resource pack and data pack are correctly installed. The shrine doesn't need to be used at a specific time of day. If Herobrine still isn't appearing, make sure your setup is as detailed in the mod's instructions. - Source

im doing it on a server with a friend, we already saw him so i think the shrine doesnt work anymore right?
