#Question about the signs and commands

So about the signs:
Herobrine has given me two sign so far “I see you” and the one i attached.
After I left the world and rejoined it said

“Text 1 Line 1
Text 1 line 2
Etc..”

on the sign.

After I rejoined it went normal again. I was just wondering wether that is normal or if I can do anything to prevent it

Also for the one attached, when I first saw it, it was buggy like I mentioned earlier and it got fixed when I rejoined but I feel like the text is not complete 😭

Now to the command part,
The forcefog commands don’t work. I got them off ChatGPT to maybe they’re not correct but they show as unknown.

I have the data pack, resource pack as well as the mod installed.
