It sounds like there might be an issue with compatibility metadata in the datapack. Make sure you have the correct version of the datapack intended for your version of Minecraft. If the confusion persists, you might want to verify with the source from where you downloaded the datapack. If it seems like a version mismatch issue beyond your control, I would suggest reaching out directly to the developers for a potential fix or update. If you need further assistance, feel free to ask!

It seems like there may be an issue with how the datapack version is being detected by Minecraft. Here are a few steps you might try to resolve this:

  1. Redownload: Make sure you have the absolute latest version of the datapack. Sometimes re-downloading from the official source can help.

  2. Check File Structure: Verify that the datapack has the correct file structure. Sometimes if files are decompressed incorrectly, it can cause version recognition issues.

  3. Place Correctly: Ensure the datapack is placed in the datapacks folder within your world save file (not the resourcepacks).

  4. Testing: Try creating a new world to see if the issue persists, in case there’s a world-specific bug.

If the issue continues, it might be beneficial to contact your download source again. If there's no visible error from your side, it may be a packing issue that needs addressing by the developers. If other helpers or support can offer more specific guidance, they could provide further assistance.

Thanks for trying those steps. Since you're still seeing the incompatibility message, it might be a good idea to reach out to the developers for support, as there might be an error with the version metadata of the datapack itself.

You can also try checking any Eclipse Studios forums or discussion boards for similar issues, as sometimes other users may have experienced and resolved the same problem.

If any helpers in the server have insights or know of a fix, their input could also be very valuable here!
