Absolutely. I'll try to make the guide comprehensive so it is easy to follow.
First I downloaded your skin. Then I went to "Addon Showcase" and downloaded an existing Skin addon that works.
Then, I opened the zip file of the add-on. Opened the "assets" folder, opened "watching," opened "textures," opened "item," opened "herobrine," opened "custom,"
I deleted the file named "1" that was already in the folder. I renamed the skin file you provided to "1" and dragged it into the "custom" folder to replace the other skin.
then all you need to do is put that in your Minecraft resource packs, and see if it works.
For every custom skin after one, name it the respective number (2, 3, 4, 5)
Make sure your resource pack is at the top
use /function fromthefog:admin/config to open up the From the Fog ingame config, and click skin library. Then click the first option for the custom skins on the bottom.
then boom! it should work
