Cant join from the fog server

I tried joining the server but it wont let me and it says that I need to connect my mc acc to the ftf dc server, I looked everywhere but I still dont know how, can someone help me?
I would be thankfull.

Im on 1.21.1
Im using mc java (not tlauncher)
2 texture packs, 1 for ddm and for lower shield
I use only 1 mod and that is journey map
