I installed from the fog mod into my modpack and added it to my server, some of my friends can see the Herobrine but me and my friend keep seeing a bunch of disk shards.

- Is this issue happening on a server or singleplayer?
- Are you using any other mods, plugins, or datapacks and if so how many?

It appears you don't have the resourcepack enabled or correctly configured. The resource and the datapack are the same .zip so be sure to put the datapack in your resourcepacks folder aswell. If you're on forge it may be because your mod resources are below Minecraft in the resourcepacks list. - Source
