• The version of the game you're using.
• The version of the mod you're using.
• Is this issue happening on a server or singleplayer?
• Are you using any other mods, plugins, or datapacks and if so how many?

Version: 1.20.5, the 1.20.x modverison, Server, some mods but they shouldnt effect the datapck.

It appears you don't have the resourcepack enabled or correctly configured. The resource and the datapack are the same .zip so be sure to put the datapack in your resourcepacks folder aswell. If you're on forge it may be because your mod resources are below Minecraft in the resourcepacks list. - Source

so every player needs this ressourcepack, manually in minecraft?

or can i do that so everyone has it when they join.. like they don't know its the mod, tehy jsut accept the texturepack and done, like its in most more popular servers

You can set a server resource pack.
If it’s the mod, and not the datapack, they just need to go into their resource pack menu and move “mod resources” to the top of the list
