Herobrine not showing up after trying everything /1.20.1

Herobrine doesn't really show up as black dots or disc fragments, but he worked the first time I tried it. I don't know if its something I did with my server, but I want it to work so I can play with my friends. He'll work in the ways of destroying blocks and replacing them, but he wont actually show up. Even when I use the command, "/function fromthefog:admin/fake_herobrine/create" he still will not show up at all but if you try to m1 that area which he was spawned, it'll show you're hitting an invisible entity. Running the debug command doesn't seem to help either. It worked the first time I tried it, yet it stopped working.. If I could get some help fixing this that would be great. Thanks

• The version of the mod you're using.
• Is this issue happening on a server or singleplayer?
• Are you using any other mods, plugins, or datapacks and if so how many?

Using the mods, BiomesO' Plenty, geckolib, Man From the Fog, From the Fog, Terrablender, voicechat, and Cave Dweller.

This issue is happening on multiplayer, and im using the version 1.20.1, and version From-The-Fog-1.20-v1.9.2-Forge.

Even used the config menu to try to make it show up again, but it didn't work, I don't really know at this point.
